Hurricane Irma / Construction Status

Hello All,
Touching base on the current availability of Marco Island Flooring & Paradise Design Build. While our primary focus has been on existing large remodels and flooring clients from 2017 and finishing up, we continue every day to help new clients. We have been working with the Patriots to offer a hand and direction.
We are working with roughly twenty clients on carpet removal and replacement with new flooring.
We are working with 6 or 7 clients installing new hurricane windows and doors.
We have 9 or 10 remediations where we are removing any effected areas from the storm and doing dry out.
We have created a team to address a limited amount of storm clean up and small roofing repairs.
Over the last weeks we have also built a team to begin the process of managing 4-5 homeowners with the total reroofing process now that we have established they are failures by extensive drone usage from “Joey Waves”.

Our Company’s Availability:
Carpeting- scheduling is not a problem. We continue to install 3 to 4 projects a week. Normal timeframes 2 to 4 weeks. Tile- We are working with many clients each day. As of right now, we have room in December to complete a few projects. Once these 3 to 4 slots fill, our next installation availability is mid-January. Remodeling- We are booked out on new starts until mid-January / February, but we are beginning to design several new potential projects for the remodeling division. Slots are filling daily.
New homes- we are currently designing two new projects. One custom for a client and a second show house for later in 2018. We continue to work with clients and share the Paradise Design-Build product. We will continue to focus on Paradise and our new home construction.
In 2017 we committed to the last phase of our company. Our goal was to allow ourselves the time to continue to raise the bar in service to a level not seen. It is our intension to keep our pace controlled and our clients blown away.
We hope this helps our community understand our availability, our commitment to them and areas we can help. Once we have completed all of our existing roofs, storm clean ups, and remediation projects, I will repost an updated availability.
